Barbara Kay Robinson

November 10, 1950 — April 30, 2026

Barbara Kay Robinson, 75, of Sedalia, Missouri, passed away on April 30, 2026, at her home in Sedalia, Missouri. She was born on November 10, 1950, in St. Louis, Missouri, the daughter of Allan Rogers Stevens and Betty Sue Stevens, who preceded her in death.

On November 27, 1971, in St. Louis, MO, she was united in marriage to Robert "Bob" Robinson, who preceded her in death on September 6, 2023.

Barbara "Barb" Robinson will be remembered as a woman whose life was defined by love, devotion, and a joyful spirit that touched everyone around her.

She shared a beautiful life with her beloved husband, Bob, who preceded her in death. Together, they built a lifetime of cherished memories and adventures, traveling side by side on motorcycles and in their RV, exploring roads that took them all across the United States, and loved the lake life and boating. Those journeys reflected their shared sense of freedom, curiosity, and deep companionship.

Barb was a proud and loving mother to her two children, Kelly Hieronymus (Brett) of Sedalia and Chad Robinson (Heather) of Camdenton. Her love for them was constant and unwavering, and she found great joy in watching their lives unfold.

Though she often joked about her own lack of athletic ability, Barb was an enthusiastic sports fan who rarely missed an opportunity to cheer on her Kansas Jayhawks, especially during the excitement of March Madness. Her passion and spirited support brought energy and fun to every game she followed.

Faith played an important role in Barb's life. She found a true home at First Christian Church of Sedalia, where she deeply valued the sense of community and fellowship. She especially loved listening to Pastor Chad's sermons and was an active and dedicated member, generously giving her time and energy to support several church committees.

Above all, Barb treasured her family. She adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, taking immense pride in each of them. Her warmth, kindness, and unwavering love created a strong and enduring family legacy that will continue to grow for generations.

Barb will be remembered for her generous heart, her enthusiasm for life, and the deep love she shared so freely. Her memory will live on in the lives she touched and in the family she cherished so dearly.

Barb was survived by a son, Chad (Heather) Robinson from Camdenton, MO; a daughter, Kelly (Brett) Hieronymus from Sedalia, MO; seven grandchildren, Taylor (Macy) Robinson, Zane Hieronymus, Maddy (Logan) Jaffie, Zoey Hieronymus, Payton (Brad) Petersen, Jackson Miller, and Olivia Dailey; and her beloved six great-grandchildren; one brother, Jeffrey (Mendy) Stevens; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
