Deborah J. Bogdanowicz, 70, of Sedalia, MO passed away Friday, January 21, 2022, at Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall, MO. She was born on November 13, 1951 in St. Louis, MO the daughter of Robert Robertson and Janet Mae (Jost) Robertson, who preceded her in death.
Deborah loved her family. Outside of her family, Deborah loved to sew and put together flower arrangements, which she was excellent at. During the warm months, you might have found her fishing or taking in a car show with family and friends. Deborah loved to collect things, primarily angel figurines, angel screen savers, angel quotes, angel-related email addresses, you get the picture she loved angels. Later on, in life, she became an avid supporter of the Kansas City Chiefs, and if you lived near her you could probably hear her cheering and shouting at the T.V. If she wasn't watching the Chiefs, you could probably find her more often than not browsing Facebook Market Place for her next best deal. Deborah loved her family, and her family loved her, she passed away surrounded by all of her children and some of her grandchildren, and wouldn't have wanted it any other way.
Survivors include, four children, Julie Grable of Sedalia, Randy Martin (Neela) of Sedalia, Janet Donovan (James) of La Monte, and Rebecca Behrens (Casey) of Independence, MO; eleven grandchildren, Rebecca, Geoffrey, Ashley, Kody, Breannah, Abigail, Tiffany, Summer, Dylan, Lily, Kristian; ten great grandchildren; two sisters, Dianna Kelly of Lockhart, TX, and Denise Shepherd; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Daniel Boggs; and a granddaughter, Ryleigh Ann.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Friday, January 28, 2022 at Rea Funeral Chapel with Pastor Steven Kohler officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.
