Obituary For Delores L. Lee

Delores L. Lee, 77, of Sedalia, MO, passed away on Monday, September 18, 2023, at Bothwell Regional Health Center. She was born on May 4, 1946, in Otterville, MO, the daughter of LeRoy S. Homan and Cassie L. (Page) Homan, who preceded her in death.

On August 3, 1968, in Pilot Grove, MO, she was united in marriage to Ronnie Lee, who resides in the home.

Delores was a 1964 graduate of Otterville High School. She worked for John's Cafe in Otterville while in high school. Later, she worked for Swift Processing, Bothwell Hospital, and most of her career at Kelsey-Hayes in Sedalia, retiring in 2010. Delores loved watching Days of Our Lives, WWE Wrestling, Hallmark Channel, and being with her grandkids and great-grandkids.

In addition to her husband, Delores is survived by two children Larry Lee (Angie) of California, MO, and Carrie Strathman (Jerry) of Lincoln, MO; three grandchildren, Katie, Devyn (Charlotte), and Morgan (Trey); two great-granddaughters, Emmarie and Brynlee; a brother, Donald Homan of Versailles, MO; a sister, Darlene Broderson of Elk City, OK; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 22, 2023, at Rea Funeral Chapel, with Pastor Mike Homan officiating.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Thursday, September 21, 2023, at the funeral chapel.

The burial will be at I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Otterville, MO.

Pallbearers will be Devyn Strathman, Trey Brown, Ricky Stahl, Branigan Roark, Seth Casey, and Derek Casey.

Arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.
