Dennis Paul Cranfill, 71, of Smithton, MO, passed away at his home on Wednesday, February 21, 2024. He was born on November 12, 1952, in Sedalia, the son of Robert Paul Cranfill, who preceded him in death, and Joyce Yvonne (Kinner) Cranfill, who resides in the home.

Dennis attended Broadway Elementary School and was a 1970 graduate of Smith-Cotton High School. After graduation, he attended State Fair Community College. He was very kind to everyone he met and had a huge heart.

In addition to his mother, Dennis is survived by a sister, Judy Lynn Smasal (Mike) of Sedalia; twin nieces, Emily Smasal, of Nixa, MO, and Amanda Smasal (Eric Vaughan) of Lee's Summit, MO; a great-niece, Maya Vaughan of Lee's Summit, MO.
