Fay Loraine Bartlett

Fay Loraine Bartlett, 84, of Sedalia, MO passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 9th 2020, at her sons home. She was born on April 26, 1936 in Pettis County, MO the daughter of Jack O. Pierce and Fay Ona (Broyles) Pierce, who preceded her in death.

On June 18, 1954 in Sedalia, MO, she was united in marriage to William H. Bartlett, who preceded her in death in November of 1998.

Fay served the Sedalia banking community for over 50 years as a Teller and Book keeper. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She collected glass baskets and enjoyed decorating for holidays, especially Christmas. Fay enjoyed any time she could spend at the “boat” and was always on the go. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Survivors include a son, Steven Harold Bartlett (Meg) of Ashland, MO; a daughter-in-law, Betty Bartlett of Ashland, MO; seven grandchildren; Kristofer Bartlett (Leigha) of Auxvasse, MO, Kirk Bartlett (Deanna) of Hartsburg, MO, Lisa Rose (Matt) of Davidson, NC, Nicole Richardson (Brandon) of Columbia, MO, Kyleigh Hardin (William) of Sedalia, Derek Bartlett (Joi) of Kalispell, MT, and Leslie Martin (Brett) of Ashland, MO; and nine great grandchildren; Logan, Kadence, Maddie, Harper, Maggie, Olivia, Kyle, Kinleigh and Kody.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Michael Wayne Bartlett; three sisters, Jackie Berry, Carol Joquel Wolf and Dorothy Mae Kell; and a nephew, Rick Kell.

A private family graveside memorial service will be held at Crown Hill Cemetery, Sedalia.
