Galina Sheremeta, 54, of Sedalia, MO, went on to meet her Lord and Savior Jesus on Monday, July 13, 2026, at University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia, Missouri. She was born on February 19, 1972, in Rivne, Ukraine the daughter of Leonid Kravchuk and Maria (Buben) Kravchuk, who preceded her in death.

On July 20, 2008, in Sedalia, MO, she was united in marriage to Aleksandr Sheremeta, who resides in the home.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. followed by a celebration of life service from 11:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at Sedalia Tabernacle - Skiniya Church, Sedalia, MO, with Elder Victor Sheremeta officiating. The family kindly asks anyone who wishes to speak, share a memory, or offer a testimony during the service to prepare their remarks in advance of the Celebration of Life.

The burial will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery, 701 N. Engineer Rd., Sedalia, MO.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of Aleksandr Sheremeta.

The family requests that attendees wear burgundy, navy, white, pink, and purple attire.

Arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.
