Gary Lower

Gary Lower, 80, of Warsaw, MO passed away Thursday, June 30, 2022 at his home in Warsaw. He was born on December 16, 1941 in Sedalia, MO the son of Glenn E. Lower and Laneta L. Lower (Hume), who preceded him in death.

Gary was a 1959 graduate of Smith-Cotton High School. As a lifelong truck driver, he knew the country so well and loved traveling it. Gary especially liked the Pacific Northwest. Three things that were very important to Gary from childhood to the end of his life were Cowboys, dogs and golf. These things were close to his heart. Along with music and traveling, all of these helped shaped who he was. He lived life to the fullest and those who knew him will never forget his smile. He will be missed daily.

Gary is survived by two children, Stephanie Waddell of Springfield, MO, and Ty Lower (Rebecca), of Arnold, MO; six grandchildren, Scarlett, Natalie, Winston, Devyn, Solomon, and Ruby; one sister, Cynthia Lewis (Jack) of Sedalia; and an ex-wife, Carole Lower of Sedalia.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.
