Jeremy Jon "Jon" Altis, 22, of Sedalia, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at his home. He was born on September 7, 2003, in Sedalia, Missouri, the son of Jeremy Jon Altis of Sedalia and Sara LeAnn (Canon) Beebe of Clinton.
Jon was born and raised in Sedalia. He was employed as a Panel Technician with ProEnergy. Jon enjoyed fishing, riding four-wheelers, gaming, building Legos, target shooting, listening to music, and was a connoisseur of exotic snacks. He also enjoyed going to the casino. Above all, he cherished spending time with his family and friends, who meant the world to him.
In addition to his parents, Jeremy Jon Altis, and Sara LeAnn and Brad Beebe, Jon is survived by his brother, Henry Beebe of Clinton; his soulmate, Adison Philips of Ponca City, Oklahoma; his maternal grandparents, Jeff and Cara Canon of Sedalia; his paternal grandmother, Linda Altis of Sedalia; his maternal great-grandfather, Eddie Smothers of Roach, Missouri; his great-grandparents, Tom and Mary Canon of Sedalia; his uncle, Thomas Canon of Sedalia; and many other aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members.
Jon was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandmother, Barbara Smothers; his paternal grandfather, Kerry Altis; and his paternal great-grandmothers, June Edwards and Betty Bochart.
A celebration of life gathering with family and friends will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at the Knob Hill Barn located at 1081 NE 175, Knob Noster, MO. Jon's favorite food, Street Taco's, will be served for all to enjoy.
A private family burial will be held at a later date at Highland Sacred Gardens Cemetery in Sedalia.
