Jerry Ray Cook

Jerry Ray Cook, 68, of Otterville passed away December 10, 2018 at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia, MO. He was born on June 20, 1950 in Ellington, MO the son of Elmer and Nellie (Stroup) Cook, who preceded him in death.

On July 27, 2002 in Otterville, MO. He was united in marriage to Christine Carton, who resides in the home.

Jerry was a logger and farmer for many years. He enjoyed being outdoors, woodworking, reading, watching westerns, and especially loved spending time with his grandchildren.

Survivors include, six sons; three daughters; 24 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; four sisters.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by five brothers, Arthur, Lawrence, Winfred, Cecil, and Bernell Cook; a sister, Louise Shirrell.

Respecting his wishes, Jerry asked for no services to be held in his honor.
