Jordan Sparks

Jordan Lachelle Sparks, 15, of Sedalia, MO, passed away Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at Bothwell Regional Health Center in Sedalia. She was born on August 31, 2002 in Kansas City, Kansas. She is the daughter of Randy and Jana Sparks, who reside of the home.

Jordan was a Freshman at Smith-Cotton High School. She enjoyed playing basketball, hanging out with her friends, and being the house and class clown. She loved to wear hoodies, crazy socks and singing and dancing with her headphones on, traveling with her family, and especially loved playing video games with her nephew Emry. Jordan was very smart, witty and sang very very loud in the shower. She was loved by her family and all who knew her. Jordan will be missed by all and fondly remembered by many. She knew the Lord and is in Heaven dancing on streets of gold, probably with her headphones on!

In addition to her parents, she is survived by six siblings, Keith Sparks (Rachel) of Wichita, KS, Caitlin Seidel (Ben) of Lee's Summit, MO, Madalyn Tague of Sedalia, Davion Sparks of the home, Jack Tague of the home, and Destinee Sparks of the home; a five year old nephew, Emry Dick of Sedalia; Maternal Grandparents, Jack and Mary Gerber of Paulding, OH; Paternal Grandparents, Hazel and Mack Sparks of Sedalia.

A celebration of life service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, September 24, 2017 at First Baptist Church with Rev. Randy McDarris and Rev. Glenn Sparks officiating.
