Joyce Ann Craig

Joyce Ann Craig, 87, of Sedalia, MO, passed away on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at E.W. Thompson Health and Rehabilitation Center in Sedalia, MO.

A lifelong resident of Sedalia, Joyce co-owned and operated the "Joy and Dots" Beauty Salon with her mother, Dorothy Negron, for 35 years.

Joyce's family was her greatest joy. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church and found solace in her faith. Her love for crafts and furniture refinishing was a reflection of her nurturing and creative spirit.

Joyce is survived by two nieces, Denise Gattner of Sedalia, Stephanie Craig of Belton, MO, a nephew Rick Craig, a great-nephew, Ryan Craig and a great-great-niece, Stella Craig all of Sedalia.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Dorothy Hogan Negron and Ralph Craig; twin sister, Judy Craig Mascarenaz; and brother, Richard Craig.

There will be a private celebration of life gathering held by the family at a later date.

Cremation arrangements are in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
