Marjorie Lorene Vanbooven

Marjorie Lorene VanBooven, 82, of Sedalia, MO, passed away Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at Wright Memorial Hospital in Trenton, MO. She was born on February 26, 1940, in Sedalia, the daughter of Chris and Mary Woolery, who preceded her in death.

Marjorie graduated from Smith-Cotton High School in 1958. She was a mother and homemaker most of her life.

Marjorie is survived by her daughter, Robin Wagenknecht (Kevin); grandchildren, Jon Prewitt (Kori), Shawn Prewitt, Joseph Binney, Joshua VanBooven (Kyla), Jesse Vanbooven, Jolee VanBooven, Nick Wagenknecht, Andrew Wagenknecht, Hannah Wagenknecht, and Lillian Wagenknecht; several great-grandchildren; a sister, Susan McNeal; and a brother, Sam Woolery.

Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her sons, Dennis Prewitt, Joe VanBooven, and Charles VanBooven; one daughter, Glenna Prewitt; and one brother, Butch Woolery.
