Obituary For Miranda Ransdell

Miranda Dean Ransdell, 48, of Sedalia passed away Saturday, February 25, 2017 at Bothwell Regional Health Center, Sedalia. She was born on October 17, 1968 in Groton, CT the daughter of Riley and Patsy (Gore) Ransdell, who reside of the home.

She was a long time resident of Crescent and Walnut Street Group Homes under the care of dedicated and devoted staff from the Center of Human Services. Her fondest memories was of her nieces and nephews when they were babies. Miranda enjoyed dances, concerts, girls days out, movies and music. Her love of her life was Chachi from Happy Days.

In addition to her parents, she is also survive by two sisters, Trish Dillon (Mark) of Knob Noster and Jenny Force (John) of Sedalia; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

A celebration of life service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at Rea Funeral Chapel with Pastor Duane Duchesne officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the chapel.

Private burial will be at held at later date at Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville.

Honorary bearers will be Jackie Curry, Chris Slater, Shaun Sim, Jeffrey Dillon, and Paul Force.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Center of Human Services in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
