Obituary For Paul Richard Vannoy

Paul Richard Vannoy, “Cowboy”, 68, of Huntsville, MO, passed away Tuesday, April 6, 2021 with his family members by his side and in the comfort of his home. He was born on December 18, 1952 in Green Ridge, MO, a son of Paul and Letha Belle (Clevenger) Vannoy, who preceded him in death. Richard began his lifelong career in transportation at the age of 18, while working for his father and attending State Fair Community College in Sedalia, MO. In 1983, he met the love of his life, Georgia Fox. In Huntsville, MO on September 2, 2001, they were united in marriage, Georgia resides in the home. Richard loved his family. He especially loved spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchild. In his free time he enjoyed playing cards, darts, and shuffleboard, yet above all, he had a passion for golf. Besides his wife, he is survived by two children, Christina Kaczmarek (Scott) of Richmond, MO, and Jimmy Stephens (Pat) of Salisbury, MO; two granddaughters, Chelsea Roberts (Zachari) of Kingsland, GA, and Jordyn Kaczmarek of Columbia, MO; one grandson, Xavier Wear; one great-granddaughter, Zailey Roberts; two sisters, Louise Laabs (Narbert) of Lady Lake, FL, and Ruth Livengood of Sedalia; one brother, J.B. Vannoy (Wanda) of Warsaw, MO; and numerous nieces and nephews. A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 9, 2021 at Green Ridge Cemetery in Green Ridge, MO with Rev. Johnny Streit officiating. Pallbearers will be Ronnie Livengood, Steve Lynch, Eric Fisher, Coby Fisher, Chris Markum, and Xavier Wear.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Show-Me-Christian Youth Home in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
