Ronald Mcclain

Ronald James McClain, 70, of La Monte, MO, lost his struggle with COPD and Alzheimer’s Disease on Sunday, March 4, 2018 at Fair View Nursing home in Sedalia, MO. The son of James and Helen (Williams) McClain was born in Matewan, WV, on February 14, 1948; one of 5 children.

Ronald served this country as a US Marine.

He is survived by his sister Debbie of Linden, MI; his 2 sons, Richard of MI and Charlie of MO; numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and his partner and caretaker in La Monte, Rhonda Vickers, and her beloved family.

Ronald preferred a quiet life, and in death, he requested that no services be held. All arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia, MO. His family may hold a private celebration of his life at a later date.
