Obituary For Ronnie Dean Bailey

Ronnie Dean Bailey, 72, of Green Ridge, MO passed away Friday, May 13, 2022 at his home in Green Ridge. He was born on March 30, 1950 in Windsor, MO the son of Murrel and Thelma (Garland) Bailey, who preceded him in death.

On June 19, 1970 in Sedalia, MO he was united in marriage to Cathy (Fiedler) Bailey, who survives of the home.

He was a 1968 graduate of Green Ridge High School and attended State Fair Community College, Sedalia. He enjoyed fishing, building with his hands, and constructed several houses around the Green Ridge area. He was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church, where he enjoyed singing in the choir. Ronnie loved his family and especially enjoyed spoiling his granddaughter, Gemma.

Besides his wife Cathy, he is survived by a son, Weston Dean Bailey (Brooklyn) of Green Ridge; a granddaughter, Gemma Lynn Bailey of Green Ridge.; two brothers, Dencil Bailey (Debbie) of Sedalia and Brian Bailey of Kansas City.

Besides his parents he is preceded in death by a daughter, Stacy Lynn.

Funeral service will be held at 11:30 am on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia with Pastor Jason Kindle officiating.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 11:30 am, at the chapel, prior to service.

Burial will be at Dresden Cemetery, Dresden, MO.

Pallbearers will be Weston Bailey, Tanner Young, Danny Young, Ryan DeLapp, Jim Steinkuehler and Eddie Bailey.

Honorary bearers will be Dwight Wiskur Larry Turner, and Larry Kresse.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Bethlehem Baptist Church in care of the funeral chapel.
