Serafima Kavtya, 95, of Sedalia, MO, passed away on Saturday, December 28, 2023, at her home in Sedalia. She was born on January 20, 1928, in Chuvashia, Russia (USSR) the daughter of Andrey and Yekaterina Vasilev, who preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 4, 2024, at Rea Funeral Chapel, with pastor Vladimir Dub officiating.
The burial will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery, Sedalia.
Arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.
